Full-Time Regional Manager - Spec ER & Urgent Care

Leadership and management: Personally responsible for overseeing and leading the practice managers at each hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Working directly with practice managers on operations (staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, HR).
• Acting as a key resource and partner to the managing veterinarian at each location.
• Building strong relationships with managing veterinarians.
• Partnering with veterinarians on work with practice managers and incorporating their feedback/goals.
• Collaborating with the Vice President of Operations to review financial reports and develop strategies.
• Reviewing non-financial reports (inventory, scheduling) and driving improvement plans.
• Leading the post-acquisition integration process for new clinics.
• Traveling to practices 4 days/week (1 office day, potentially 5 days as needed).
• Occasional late nights and weekends based on operational needs.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and effective time management.
• 3+ years managing multiple locations for a multi-site veterinary operator.
• Experience in veterinary specialty, emergency, and/or urgent care.
• Veterinary credential technician experience (preferred, not required).
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• CVPM desirable, but not required.

Location Requirements:

Must live in or be willing to relocate to North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
