• Deliver live and recorded training sessions on credentialing.
• Create training materials.
• Act as a point of reference for credentialing questions.

• Support clients during onboarding.
• Collaborate to define processes and build a scalable education function.
• Recommend enhancements to training content and workflows.

• High engagement and satisfaction scores in trainings.
• Improvement in internal credentialing knowledge.
• Customers feel supported using the Credentialing module.
• Well-documented processes.

• 3+ years of healthcare credentialing experience.
• Understanding of credentialing workflows and regulatory standards.
• Experience training internal teams or clients.
• Ability to translate credentialing concepts into actionable steps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• CPCS certification (preferred).
• Experience with credentialing platforms or Client Success.
• Experience creating guides or curriculum.
