Full-Time SVP, Business Development - Dermatology PPM

• Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
• Identify and evaluate dermatology practice acquisition targets.
• Build and manage acquisition pipeline.
• Lead deal execution: outreach, financial modeling, negotiation, diligence.
• Partner with finance, legal, and integration teams.

• De Novo Expansion:
• Develop and execute a national de novo clinic strategy.
• Conduct market analysis and site selection.
• Recruit dermatologists and advanced practice providers.
• Oversee new clinic ramp-up plans.

• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing business development team.
• Serve as the face of the organization to physicians and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA preferred.
• 6+ years of business development, M&A, or strategy experience in multi-site healthcare.
• Track record of executing physician practice acquisitions and launching de novo sites.
• Understanding of physician dynamics, clinical operations, healthcare compliance.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
