Full-Time Consultant Strategy & Operations

As a consultant, from day one, you'll be involved in short-term strategic advisory projects, designing business or operating models, or gaining practical experience in large-scale transformations within Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors. You can choose to focus on one sector, or develop more broadly.

Your work includes client interactions, conducting analyses, and high responsibility/diverse assignments.

You'll quickly gain subject-matter expertise and consulting skills through extensive training programs.

As a consultant, you'll see a variety of companies quickly, helping them move forward, and building a relevant network!

Team: Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector team (around 50 colleagues) focuses on clients in the Dutch financial sector.

Segments: Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance & Pensions, Real Estate & Asset Management.

• Requirements:
• Master's degree
• Affinity with banks, insurers, or real estate
• Relevant work experience
• Active alongside studies (work, board/committee roles, top-level sports, or volunteer work)
• Strong teamwork affinity
• Engaged, enthusiastic, and professional with colleagues and clients
• Fluent Dutch and English

Compensation:

• Gross salary €3,245 - €3,965/month (depending on experience)
• Profit sharing
