Job Details
Main tasks:
- Provide first-level support on the ServiceNow platform: receive, analyze, and resolve incidents.
- Escalate complex tickets to higher levels.
- Track tickets to closure and ensure user satisfaction.
- Write and update technical and functional documentation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of ITSM processes.
Profile:
- Bac +2 to Bac +4 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Experience of 1 to 2 years on ServiceNow (support, administration or functional use). Failing that, experience on a similar tool (Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice, GLPI, Zendesk, etc.) required.
- Good written and oral communication in French.
- Sense of service, rigor and team spirit.
