NBCUniversal’s Vendor Operations Contract Administrator maintains the portfolio and database of IT vendor hardware, software, and professional services support contracts within the NBCU IT departments.
Provides comprehensive visibility and reporting on IT vendor spend, contracts, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage IT Support Contracts (software license subscriptions, hardware/software maintenance & support, database, telecom, and professional service contracts).
- Create, update, and maintain key contract data in NBCU’s ServiceNow Contracts Module.
- Maintain a current and complete picture of IT’s support contracts footprint and annual operational expenditures.
- Work closely with IT Stakeholders to ensure accurate scope, timelines, and costs for each contract.
- Help facilitate the renewal process.
- Create and present recurring and ad-hoc reports to senior IT Management on vendor contract data.
- Build standardized reports from the ServiceNow Contract Module and assist in developing dashboards.
- Educate IT stakeholders on the ServiceNow Contract Module.
- Work with IT vendors to ensure support quotes are complete and accurate.
- Facilitate resolution of vendor problems/issues.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow Contract Module and associated processes.
- Develop processes and procedures for quality control of contract data.
- Assist Finance and IT Stakeholders in IT budget analysis.
- Support the Vendor Operations Software Asset Management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years’ experience in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor and contract management/governance.
- Expertise in a contract management tool.
Desired Characteristics:
- 5+ years' experience in the ServiceNow Contract Module.
- 5+ years of direct IT stakeholder engagement experience.
- 5+ yrs experience in IT Hardware, Software, and Services contracts.
- Effective and clear communication skills.
- Self-driven and resourceful.
- Excellent analytical/technical skills.
- Ability to execute across multiple locations and stakeholder groups.
- Ability to influence others.
Additional Requirements:
- Fully Remote Position
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000.
