AECOM is seeking a Contracts Analyst (Procurement) in Sacramento, CA. Remote work is acceptable.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role supports the Statewide Regional Office, performing activities for the Contracts and Budgets team. Responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices, and other contract documents.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of task orders, stop work notices, and contract documents
- Update and maintain status and budget reports
- Update the Authority’s system of records
- Data research of historical information
- Researching and reviewing procurement contracts
- Invoice reviews and financial records updates
- Support on supplementary projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS + 4 years relevant experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Procurement experience
- Skills in database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports
- Familiarity with databases
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn new tasks and software
