AECOM is seeking a Contracts Analyst (Procurement) for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA. This role is open to remote work.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will support the Statewide Regional Office to perform a range of activities supporting the Contracts and Budgets team. Specific responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices and other contract documents.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of task orders, stop work notices and applicable contract documents
- Update and maintain status and budget reports
- Update the Authority’s system of records as needed
- Data research of historical information
- Researching and reviewing procurement contracts
- Invoice reviews and financial records updates
- Contribute to primary responsibilities and offer support on supplementary projects as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Procurement experience
- Proven skills creating database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports
- Demonstrate familiarity and ability to work with databases
- Ability to prioritize workload elements
- Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids
- Ability to learn new tasks and software quickly
Travel may be required for this role.
