Genpact’s Global Alliances and Channels (“GAC”) team seeks a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage contract-related activities throughout the contract lifecycle. This role ensures contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, negotiated, executed, and maintained for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, execute, and archive partner agreements (governing agreements, NDAs, order forms, statements of work, change requests).
- Ensure contracts meet internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Advise field sales, channel, and partner teams on contract structures and modifications to accelerate onboarding and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (legal, procurement, project, finance) to resolve contract issues.
- Identify and escalate contractual risks and non-standard terms to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate contract records and track milestones, deliverables, expiration/renewal dates.
- Assist with negotiating terms with legal and business teams.
- Support risk management initiatives by identifying potential risks.
- Provide contract status reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in legal pipeline meetings and liaise with alliance leaders and legal team.
- Manage contracts in legal repository, master contracts tracker, and SharePoint.
- Upload signed agreements with proper naming conventions in Icertis.
- Familiarize with Genpact’s Legal Front Door (LFD).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good business acumen (understanding of partners and customers).
- Global team experience and cultural awareness.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with contract management software (DocuSign, Conga, Adobe Sign, Icertis, Icon) is a plus, as well as Salesforce CRM.
- Availability for some nights, weekends & holidays (especially around quarter-end).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Partnerships, or Professional Services.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
