Full-Time Contracts Manager

Pluralsight's legal department is seeking a Contracts Manager. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial and data privacy agreements with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, interpreting, and negotiating complex contract provisions.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams during contract review.
• Reviewing and revising standard and non-standard agreements.
• Assisting with legal review of RFPs and RFIs.
• Managing contract review workflow.
• Completing assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with data privacy rules and contracts (preferred).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis) and electronic signature software (e.g., DocuSign) (preferred).
• Experience in a SaaS company or highly regulated industry (preferred).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in oral negotiations, project management, risk awareness, and seeking approvals.
• Experience managing contracts (drafting and negotiation) in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage a complex workload and anticipate issues.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
