Full-Time Controller Business Area North & Latin America

• Implement and Innovate: Drive the implementation of controlling standards and continuously improve processes within the Business Area.
• Strategic Support: Assist with Area reporting, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly actuals, as well as turnaround and business plans.
• Data Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc analyses via Power BI and regularly update reports to provide valuable insights.
• Workflow Management: Maintain credit note and credit limit approval workflows to ensure smooth operations.
• Valuation Expertise: Value inventories and accounts receivables in compliance with guidelines using standard tools (e.g., used and new inventories valuation, site and slow-movers analyses, CCM).
• System Development: Contribute to the roll-out, support, and further development of controlling systems and tools (especially Cockpit, Tagetik, CCM, and SAP).
• Training and Support: Support controlling training programs within the Area and assist the countries in enhancing their controlling capabilities.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with central functional departments, especially with Corporate Controlling, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Compliance and Improvement: Execute regular reviews to ensure compliance with standards (especially regarding receivables/CCM) and continuously improve processes.
