Full-Time Cost Controller / Change Control - Life Science Const

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates.
• Provide cost information to support decision making.
• Evaluate and analyze fee proposals / bids.
• Provide forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain and manage the cost report.
• Assist in the development, validation and maintenance of the project schedule.
• Assist in developing reporting tracking tools and generating cost reports.
• Build intricate spreadsheets to enable data manipulation.
• Extract data from several sources, transforming it to fit operational needs.
• Reconcile data to support complete accuracy and create a clean audit trail.
• SOX control responsibilities.

• Track and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and document the cost impact of each change order.
• Update project forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all change control activities.
• Coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure change control procedures comply with company and client standards.

• 3+ years of Cost Control experience within construction.
• A recognized university degree in Construction Management or related field
