Full-Time Creative Design Lead

Role Description As a Design Lead, you'll create compelling visual and experiential moments representing GFiber's brand. You will lead and mentor designers, ensuring high-quality assets. You will guide the entire design process from concept to execution, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Crafting and refining visual assets representing GFiber's brand identity.
• Directing and inspiring internal/external designers through the creative process.
• Ensuring design standards, brand integrity, and consistent delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into compelling solutions.
• Representing the Brand Team on organizational committees.
• Providing art direction and counsel to internal and external vendors.
• Collaborating with executive stakeholders to align creative output with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with a portfolio showcasing creative vision and technical skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design for fiber internet, consumer technology, and lifestyle brands.
• Background in motion design, 3D, or storytelling.
• Exposure to A/B testing, UX research, and data-driven design iteration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Compensation: $110,000 - $162,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Specific salary based on location.
