Job Details
Keypath Education is looking for a Creative and Design Lead to champion brand excellence and lead a high-performing design team.
- Brand Guardianship & Design Excellence: Be the brand guardian for Keypath Education and its university partners.
- Design Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of in-house graphic and UX designers.
- Design Workflow Optimisation: Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and guidelines to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with the Content Manager, Content Producers, Marketers, and Digital teams.
- Innovation & Operations: Actively explore design trends, AI technologies, and platforms.
Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years as a senior designer or design manager
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring design teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of design work across digital, print, UX, and motion.
- Proven experience building or elevating a company’s visual identity and brand systems.
Technical:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Expert knowledge of design principles across digital, social, print, and motion.
- Understanding of UX best practice
- Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
