Full-Time Creative Director

• Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team, guiding concept development, execution, and refinement across a range of digital and print deliverables.
• Collaborate with Agency leadership to define and execute the long-term creative vision, personality, and identity of the agency.
• Work hands-on in developing creative concepts, producing and reviewing design work, and providing strategic, visual, and verbal direction.
• Serve as the creative lead for specific client accounts—maintaining strong relationships, aligning work with brand and business objectives, and supporting regulatory requirements.
• Support business development by contributing to pitch decks, presenting creative thinking in selling situations, and helping grow client relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to lead creative strategy, ideation, and execution across multiple channels.
• Prior experience working in the market access space is crucial.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional visual design skills and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to creative teams.
• Strong track record of mentoring creative teams and fostering professional growth.

• 8+ years of experience in creative roles, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand development, and multichannel execution.
• Experience building or leading teams in a startup or growing small agency environment.
