Full-Time Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our Copy and Graphics Teams. You will ensure all creative output especially email and SMS is high quality, on-brand and performance-driven. This role bridges creative and strategy. Strong leadership, creative judgment and hands-on Klaviyo experience are key. Timezone flexibility is required.

• Ensure Creative Quality - Oversee the quality of all copy and design output to meet client expectations.
• Lead and Grow the Creative Team - Manage, guide, and develop both the Copywriting and Graphics teams through clear direction, mentorship, and hiring support.
• Deliver High-Performing Campaign - Drive the creation of on-brand, high-converting Email and SMS content.
• Bridge Strategy and Creative - Align copy and design efforts with client goals and strategy teams.
• Support Account Performance - Work with Account Managers to achieve client revenue and engagement targets.
• Handle Client Escalations - Address creative-related client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Optimize for Mobile - Ensure all creative assets are mobile and dark mode friendly.
• Use Klaviyo & HTML/CSS - Leverage Klaviyo features and apply basic HTML/CSS for email builds.

• 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in DTC eCommerce Email, SMS, and CRM Marketing.
• Relevant competency and experience in branding, graphic design and copywriting
• Familiar with the internet marketing industry
• Fluent with HTML and CSS Coding
• Confident and comfortable with communicating with clients across different geographies and timezones
• Willing to take part in a paid assessment
• Portfolio of past work and references to be made available
