Full-Time Creative Director

A conceptual creative leader who can lead the creation of impactful, brand-building and demand-generating programs and campaigns.

This role will work with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Set the creative “vision” based on brand vision, product truths, customer insights, content strategy, and customer journey.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including the content strategy lead, as a strategic and conceptual creative partner.
• Lead teams, contractors, or agency partners to create brand-building and demand-generating campaigns.
• Contribute to the creative brief process, translating stakeholder input into sound creative strategy.
• Bring digital-first thinking to every assignment, optimizing digital creative in real-time.
• Champion long-term initiatives for broader impact, ensuring efficient, scalable, and integrated creative output with local adaptation.
• Train and mentor junior-level creative team members.
• Leverage or critically think about integrating AI into work processes.

Experience Required:

• 15+ years experience in the creative industry
• 5+ years experience in integrated, digital-first campaigns
