Tasks

We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can turn complex blockchain, fintech, and ethical finance concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful visuals. This is not a meme-heavy role. But we do need someone who understands Web3 and can simplify intricate ideas while crafting designs that cut through clutter and resonate across different languages and cultures.

We want someone who is proactive in research, brings fresh ideas to the table, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo through design.

Responsibilities

• Design with Purpose – Create infographics, motion graphics, and digital assets that simplify blockchain and fintech concepts.
• Data Storytelling – Translate complex financial and blockchain data into digestible, visually compelling designs.
• Brand Identity – Ensure designs align with Caiz’s mission of ethical, Fiqh-compliant blockchain finance.
• Cross-Cultural Appeal – Develop visuals that speak to a global audience, cutting through language barriers.
• Research & Innovation – Stay ahead of design trends, explore new creative formats, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements

• Experience: A visual communicator – You can distill complex topics into clean, intuitive, and engaging graphics.
• Proactive & Idea-Driven – You don’t just execute; you research, present, and push creative boundaries.
• Blockchain & Fintech Aware – You understand or have a strong interest in crypto, fintech, and finance.
• Detail-Oriented & Adaptive – You can work within brand guidelines while still pushing for innovation.
• Skilled in Design Tools – Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (motion design skills in After Effects or Lottie are a plus).

Bonus Points if You

• Have experience designing for financial, fintech, or blockchain brands.
• Can craft visuals that work across different languages and cultures.
• Are passionate about ethical finance and compliance-based branding.
