We are seeking a talented and experienced Credit Risk Manager to lead credit administration duties, including audit requests and remediation efforts. This role will involve managing operational risk in credit underwriting, developing effective policies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of controls. Additionally, you will be responsible for seeking continual improvement in our credit program through strategic enhancements and ensuring compliance with all policies and requirements.
Role:
📋 Lead Credit Administration: Manage process and procedure maintenance, audit requests, and remediation efforts.
🔍 Strategic Improvements: Continuously improve the credit program through evaluation of solutions and implementation of key enhancements.
🏦 Operational Risk Management: Develop effective policies and procedures for credit underwriting and manage vendor interactions.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
✅ Compliance: Ensure all responsibilities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative fields.
🔟 Experience: 10+ years in consumer credit risk, preferably with Unsecured Personal Loans.
💻 Technical Skills: Advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
📊 Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer credit risk management practices.
🗣️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with internal leaders and external regulators.
