Full-Time CRM Manager

• Set up, launch, and monitor CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels, including one-time and automated flows via email, SMS, and messengers
• Manage campaign workflows from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Monitor and analyze engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaigns
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate records of campaign configurations and results for reporting and optimization purposes

• 2+ year of CRM experience (gambling/betting)
• Strong understanding of engagement and deliverability metrics and proven ability to work with them effectively
• Experience in setting up and managing email, SMS, and messenger communication flows (both one-time and automated)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in English for internal communication and content review
