What You'll Be DoingAs a CRM Marketing Specialist/Strategist, focus on building email marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
Develop a comprehensive email strategy, manage daily campaign operations, and measure campaign effectiveness using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement.
Reporting to the CRM Program Manager, you will:
- Build Email Campaigns: Manage email marketing campaigns to increase traffic to product pages, engagement with offers, and conversions, ensuring customer engagement throughout their lifecycle.
- Support Program Strategy: Collaborate with CRM Program Managers on email marketing strategy, including content, messaging, re-engagement, and loyalty-building communications to improve the customer journey.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Understand email segmentation strategies, creative repository, and industry best practices. Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and other engagement metrics. Use segmentation and audience analysis to tailor messaging for maximum impact.
- Campaign Reporting: Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights to improve future campaigns. Work with dashboards to interpret metrics, focusing on improving engagement and extending customer relationships.
- Collaboration: Work with product and consumer insights teams to align email campaigns with customer journey milestones, product launches, retention goals, and ongoing programs. Ensure onboarding and engagement programs integrate with broader marketing strategies.
- Project Facilitation: Coordinate multi-channel digital communications programs, ensuring understanding of goals and customer needs.
