We are seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CTO and Co-Founder for our newest company, StealthCo. StealthCo is an AI-powered SaaS platform revolutionizing healthcare compliance. The company’s mission is to democratize regulatory knowledge and simplify compliance processes.
What You'll Do:
- Technical Vision and Leadership: Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy, architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP, stay current with healthcare technology and AI/ML trends, lead cross-functional teams in designing healthcare compliance products.
- Product Strategy and Software Development: Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap, develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrating with healthcare IT and EHRs, implement DevOps, Agile methodologies, and KPIs, optimize LLM-driven solutions, design reusable components, manage deployment pipelines, develop technical documentation, and analyze post-launch performance.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Negotiate strategic partnerships, align technical execution with business goals, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and participate in fundraising activities.
