As a Customer Data Analyst, you will work with customers to understand digital engagement data, use in-depth analysis and BI to improve the customer experience. You will use visual analytics platforms (Looker and Amplitude), work closely with data analysts, engineers and scientists, and support data models.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers using data to unlock insights.
- Provide insights to inform business decisions (Product Management, Marketing, Healthcare).
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Reporting.
- Develop analytics strategies and frameworks to monitor product performance.
- Work with data team on data requirements, reporting, forecasting, visualizations, and data stories.
- Conduct data quality audits.
Skills:
- Strong SQL skills
- Python experience
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration (Airflow or Dataflow)
- Experience with data engineering stack on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 2+ years of experience as data engineer, analyst, or scientist
- Undergraduate/Master's degree in relevant field
