We are seeking a Manager, Reporting - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our team.
In this role, you will handle a wide range of planning, financial modeling, and analytical reporting for the Brightspeed Enterprise and Wholesale team.
You will work closely with leadership to build and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly metric and financial reports, encompassing customer and initiative/market reviews, forecasting, and variance analysis.
This role demands strong focus, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
You will create tools for achieving measurable business results through analysis, enabling the Enterprise & Wholesale business teams to drive and implement necessary changes for strategic goals.
- Interact with stakeholders to identify needs, deliverables, reports, dashboards, opportunities, and gaps; resolve data issues for a high-quality, efficient outcome, providing views of results, performance, and trends.
- Understand key data and processes, and conduct analysis of customer and product portfolios for both Enterprise and Wholesale segments.
- Implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects and/or results to inform management.
- Communicate information and ideas effectively through various internal and external channels.
- Identify issues, problems, and opportunities.
- Gather and compare information from various sources to draw conclusions, develop and evaluate alternatives and solutions, resolve problems, and choose a course of action.

- Develop and maintain relationships based on understanding client, partner, and stakeholder needs and actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications customer, product, and/or services reporting.
- Ability to create interactive graphics and multimedia presentations for regional activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with independent work capabilities and small team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SalesForce.
- Expertise in advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline business processes.
