We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Managed Services team.
Role Details:
- Consultative and billable position focused on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Account management and positioning as a customer advocate.
- Proactive customer support to meet client outcomes through solution delivery.
- Continuous improvement of Microsoft cloud solutions deployed in assigned accounts.
- Voice of the Customer to secure necessary resources.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their objectives.
- Promoting Quisitive solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Planning and roadmap support between clients and Quisitive teams.
- Providing feedback on service delivery, risks, and opportunities.
- Managing resources and escalating issues when necessary.
- Gathering and documenting business objectives and issues, creating reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cross-functional teams, positive attitude, proactive personality, passion for exceeding expectations.
- Excellent client and internal relationship management.
- Strong customer service skills (patience, empathy, professionalism).
- Experience working with IT and business decision-makers.
- Ability to de-escalate sensitive situations and have difficult conversations.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of project, account, and/or customer management experience, with a history of meeting client growth targets.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud products (Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, etc.).
- Experience in the IT services/consulting industry.
- Obtain Microsoft technical certifications within three months.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI-Project Management Professional or CAPM certification.
- Change management experience (Prosci).
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AI-900, MS-900).
- Business analyst or pre-sales experience.
- Experience in Customer Success, subscription retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience in project, account, or solutions management within a Microsoft services organization.
- Management of Microsoft 365 or Azure projects.
- Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) certification (a plus).
- Experience with MS Dynamics, Power BI, and data reporting tools.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
