Full-Time Business Development Manager - Payments

Business Development Manager at Endava is responsible for driving business growth in the Payments industry, managing partnerships, and providing industry expertise to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new clients and introduce them to our IT services.
• Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, offering solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor selling IT Professional Services.
• Drive opportunities from new and existing clients.
• Identify potential target clients through various strategies.
• Execute the end-to-end client sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
• Negotiate and close strategic deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges.
• Grow your book of business and exceed personal financial goals.
• Participate in speaking events, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of new business development experience in payments industry.
• Deep understanding of payments technologies (merchant services, card issuing).
• Experience with multiple stakeholders (payments networks, merchants, corporates).
• Experience with payments acceptance or business payments.
• Existing network of contacts in Payments.
• Experience leading strategic new business development.
• Strong hunter-centric sales experience (prospecting, closing).
• Ability to identify industry pain points and persuade decision-makers.
• Proven track record of success achieving quota.
• Experience preparing and presenting proposals.
• Collaborative leader with stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Travel is required (valid passport/driver's license).
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
