We created a CRM that connects sales tools, payments, material ordering, and more into a seamless platform.

We're growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused team members for our Customer Support team.

Customer Support Representative responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions.
  • Track and update support tickets.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to the role.

Required skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interacting with a high volume of customers via email, chat, and calls.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (a plus).
  • Experience with Zendesk (a plus).
