We're growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused team members for our Customer Support team.
Customer Support Representative responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions.
- Track and update support tickets.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
- Bring innovation and creativity to the role.
Required skills and experience:
- 1-3 years of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interacting with a high volume of customers via email, chat, and calls.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (a plus).
- Experience with Zendesk (a plus).
