Job Details
Conducts administrative and scripted clinical intake of calls for clinical review.
Provides quality customer service to providers, administrative staff, and others, building and maintaining customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collects and enters confidential information, ensuring confidentiality.
Maintains high-quality documentation standards.
Provides ongoing telephonic support to providers and office staff regarding HealthHelp's Clinical Review process.
Provides administrative support to the Clinical Review Department, if needed.
Participates in and understands the scope of ongoing Quality Initiative Projects.
Maintains acceptable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) levels, such as Average Talk Time (ATT), Quality, and adherence to schedule.
Participates in the HealthHelp Quality Management Program.
Adheres to HIPAA, state, and federal regulations, and URAC & NCQA standards.
Carries out other assigned projects and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Ability to hard-line internet into provided computer equipment
- Internet upload speed of 5mbps and download of 25mbps (verified at onboarding)
- Ability to adhere to a strict schedule, with adaptability to changes
- HIPAA compliant room (verified at onboarding)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
- Prior healthcare experience (prior authorizations, patient care, CPT codes)
- Ability to read clinical terminology proficiently
Skills
- MS Outlook and Windows proficiency
- Ability to work on dual monitors and multiple software applications simultaneously
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to wear a headset for 8 hours
- Ability to respond quickly to instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to talk without voice restrictions for 8 hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods
