About The Role We seek a Data Research Lead Specialist to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment. You'll act as a trusted advisor, driving the execution of the company's sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic initiatives, from development to execution.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Optimize data collection practices.
- Communicate with senior management.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure.
- Ensure data initiatives align with product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Address bottlenecks.
- Perform ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data strategy, data operations, or data management (preferably in a sustainability company).
- Proficient in ESG, corporate governance, and financial markets.
- 3+ years in leadership/management roles.
- Understanding of sustainability regulations and standards.
- Experience managing complex, multi-team projects (especially data-related).
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data and insights.
- Experience with agile project management and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics/visualization tools.
- Passionate about sustainability and finance.
- Excellent English communication.
