We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Demand Generation team member to lead campaigns that drive users from awareness to adoption and support our land and expand motion. This role requires a strong focus on multi-channel campaign management, email nurture, website optimization, and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting new and existing customers, driving users through the funnel from awareness to adoption.
- Lead strategy, management, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email nurture, website personalization, paid channels).
- Leverage web optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target) to enhance user experiences and conversions.
- Collaborate with the web team to create personalized landing pages and optimize user journeys.
- Manage and scale AI-driven nurture flows, integrating automated email nurturing with AI-generated content.
- Define KPIs for campaign success and monitor performance using A/B testing, analytics, and insights.
- Optimize campaigns to meet demand generation objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product teams to create compelling messaging.
- Partner with Sales and SDRs for campaign alignment, pre- and post-campaign activities to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
- Expertise in email nurture, website optimization (Adobe Target or similar tools), and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Foundational understanding of AI prompt writing.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional GTM teams.
- Proven project management skills to manage complex campaigns.
- High-growth environment experience with innovation, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
