EssentialRitual is seeking a data-driven, experienced Creative Strategist to join our Growth team and lead performance-driven creative across paid media channels.
What you'll do:
- Develop & scale high-performing creative by producing & iterating on ad creatives weekly.
- Support creative production cycle with ad agencies, video editors, & internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Maintain a structured creative testing approach, optimizing performance across multiple channels.
- Own creative reporting; analyze performance data, identify trends, & translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Creative, Data, & Product teams.

What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in growth creative strategy at a DTC/e-commerce brand.
- Proven track record of developing, testing, & scaling high-performing ad creative across paid media channels.
- Comfortable working across spreadsheets, storyboards, & creative data dashboards.
