As a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and driving lead generation through strategic online initiatives.
Focus on SEO, website optimization, paid media campaigns, and marketing automation to improve performance across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital channels (search, web, and paid advertising) to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, SDRs, and AEs) to align campaigns with ABM strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration with our CRM.
Objectives:
- SEO & Website Optimization: Optimize website content via CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), structure, and UX to improve organic rankings; Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies as well as AI Engine SEO strategies; Analyze website traffic, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements; Collaborate with developers or agencies on technical SEO improvements.
- Digital Campaign Management & Paid Media: Develop, implement, and optimize paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube, etc.); Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives; Track, measure, and report on digital performance; Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to align advertising campaigns with ABM strategies; Use intent data and account targeting tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) to optimize reach.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture workflows; Ensure smooth integration of marketing automation tools with CRM.
- Data & Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance campaign performance; Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing (preferably in SaaS or B2B Tech)
- Strong knowledge of SEO (including GenAI search engines), PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube), and website analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ActOn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, campaign tracking, and CRO
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively
