UNLEASH is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies. The role involves strategic vision, performance management, and creative energy across our global portfolio.
Job Purpose:
- Strategic growth: Build and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Brand leadership: Elevate the UNLEASH brand across all touchpoints.
- Audience connection: Grow a global audience.
- AI-powered marketing: Embed AI and automation into the marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UNLEASH’s annual and three-year marketing strategy.
- Own and evolve UNLEASH’s brand.
- Champion a data-obsessed marketing culture.
- Embed AI into workflows.
- Lead, coach and develop a growing marketing and design team.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Content, Operations and Tech.
- Own all marketing KPIs.
- Manage key agencies and suppliers.
Skills, Experience, & Qualifications:
- Proven track record leading B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Strong commercial instinct.
- Deep experience with performance, digital and data-led marketing.
- Hands-on ownership of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and automation.
- Real fluency in AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
