Job Details
We’re seeking a Manager of Performance Marketing with 5+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing ROI-driven campaigns across digital channels. This full-stack marketer will manage day-to-day campaign creation, execution, A/B testing, and optimization across paid search, paid social, display, and email channels.
Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, plus a proactive “test-and-learn” mindset, is essential. Experience marketing to B2B audiences is required, and experience in the eCommerce industry is highly desirable.

Top Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel performance campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, retargeting).
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
- Manage daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
- Build and maintain nurture streams in Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Produce weekly performance summaries highlighting key metrics.
- Collaborate with partner, content, and design teams.
- Partner with Sales to ensure clean lead hand-offs and accurate funnel tracking in HubSpot.
- Coordinate with web/development teams to troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Support deeper channel analyses and preparing monthly executive presentations.
- Stay current on emerging ad formats and best practices in B2B commerce marketing.
- Recommend small-scale pilot projects to validate new channels and strategies.
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficient with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM.
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch attribution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience using GenAI tools to support marketing activities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in eCommerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs.
- Advanced English.
