About the Role:LastPass’s Business Technology team seeks a Director of Marketing Technology to lead and scale the marketing technology stack. This role drives data-driven marketing strategies, enhances customer experiences, and optimizes marketing operations. The ideal candidate possesses technical leadership, experience with high-velocity B2C/B2B models, and deep understanding of marketing operations.
Team:You'll join the Business Technology (BizTech) team, enabling business growth through digital transformation, operational excellence, and exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute MarTech strategy for efficiency and scalability.
- Create plans supporting B2C/B2B marketing and an omni-channel strategy.
- Improve campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights and optimized processes.
- Enhance lead management for higher quality leads and conversions.
- Ensure marketing automation tools provide actionable information.
- Foster partnerships with BizTech, Marketing Analytics, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Lead a global team, fostering innovation and excellence.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience developing, integrating, and architecting MarTech stacks
- Leadership in B2C & B2B marketing
- Lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, email marketing, data strategy
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and global enrichment platforms
- Omnichannel customer journey design
- Customer data platforms for unifying data
- Proven experience in leading large-scale MarTech implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:$170,000 - $220,000 USD (Pay based on location, skills, and experience)
