Full-Time App Marketing Manager

About your tasks:

• Paid Media Campaign Management: Manage, analyze, and optimize paid media app campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs) to increase new and retain app users.
• App Store Optimization: Enhance app store presence by optimizing visuals and descriptions to maximize organic traffic.
• Tracking and Routing: Implement app tracking and routing mechanisms (with MMPs) to analyze and optimize user journeys across digital marketing channels, working with IT colleagues.
• Growth Initiatives: Identify growth opportunities for the Redcare app through marketing tests and create targeted initiatives to attract and engage new users.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT and other marketing teams to share app marketing expertise and manage IT requirements for new app marketing features.

About you:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in app marketing, demonstrating a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, DSPs) and Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
• Testing Mindset: Evaluate and execute tests to discover new app marketing growth opportunities.
• Work Style: Independent, highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated. Enjoy teaching and sharing app marketing knowledge, and working in cross-functional teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
• Flexibility: Ability to work remotely but attend the Berlin office at least monthly.
