Full-Time Director of Ecommerce

Director of Ecommerce will manage and enhance the performance and user experience of Truewerk’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee and optimize the Shopify Plus platform.
• Manage website development and operations.
• Develop a digital merchandising strategy.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and creative functions.
• Lead an A/B testing program.
• Work closely with Operations on forecasting.
• Create insightful reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of ecommerce management experience in a DTC business.
• Expertise in Shopify Plus.
• Experience with tangible goods.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to develop a site roadmap.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices.
• Prior roles in Digital Product Ownership, Ecommerce Management, or Digital Merchandising.

Hybrid Role:

Some time in the office is required.

Compensation:

Salary range: $150,000 - $160,000 base + bonus.
