Position Overview: We seek talented and motivated Design Engineers to join our dynamic team in Delhi & Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with knowledge and expertise in CAD/CAM, Blender/Meshmixer and other modeling tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing innovative 3D-printed solutions and shape the future of manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop 3D-printed parts and components for various applications.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software (Blender/Meshmixer and other modeling tools) to create detailed designs, prototypes, and production-ready models.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure the manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of the designs.
- Optimize designs for additive manufacturing processes, including design reengineering, lightweighting, and customization.
- Generate technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in additive manufacturing technologies, and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of design and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and Modeling software (e.g., Open-source tools like Blender, Meshmixer, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and project requirements.
