About the Role
We are looking for a Design Specialist to join our customer experience team. You will bridge the gap between product knowledge and customer inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to pre-order queries via email and live chat.
- Provide product expertise on materials, finishes, sizing, assembly, and care.
- Translate design knowledge into clear, inspiring guidance.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve pre-order communication.
- Analyse query trends and feedback.
- Develop and oversee the design consultation process.
- Represent the brand on camera.
Requirements
- Experience in interior design, furniture retail, styling, or product consultation.
- A passion for helping people make confident design decisions.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Confident using customer insight.
- Collaborative and proactive.
- Results driven.
