The Role: Seeking a talented Designer (3-5 years experience) to bring their creative expertise to a fast-paced environment. You'll craft impactful designs showcasing the Washmen brand and connecting with our diverse audience.

1. Packaging Design: Develop innovative and on-brand packaging designs that elevate the customer experience.
2. Social Media Ads: Create compelling ad designs for META, TikTok, and Snapchat.
3. CRM Messaging: Design engaging visuals for email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
4. Partner Marketing Assets: Collaborate with partners on co-branded marketing materials.
5. Creative Sprints: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, contributing fresh concepts.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of design experience, focusing on branding, digital advertising, and packaging.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital advertising, and creative ideation.
• A knack for storytelling through design, attention to detail, and passion for elevating brand aesthetics.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Previous agency experience a plus.
