Full-Time Developer Relations Advocate

1. Develop compelling technical narratives highlighting Sei's capabilities and performance advantages.
2. Create and distribute technical content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, developer guides, etc.).
3. Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams for accurate and insightful messaging.
4. Manage Sei Labs' thought leadership through speaking engagements, conference presentations, and partnerships.
5. Lead product marketing initiatives for new releases, focusing on technical audiences.
6. Work with infrastructure providers (RPC providers, wallets, SDK teams, etc.) on collaborative marketing.
7. Create engaging demonstrations, webinars, and workshops.
8. Execute Sei Labs' social media strategy (X/Twitter, Farcaster, Discord).
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and community sentiment.

• 1+ year proven success at a Layer-1/Layer-2 or highly technical DeFi project.
• 4+ years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, product marketing, or a similar blockchain/Web3 role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, rollups).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience creating technical content for developers.
• Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Familiarity with Web3 development tools, programming languages, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Data-driven approach, with trend analysis and marketing optimization.
• Strong project management skills.
