The Digital Buildings Consultant will lead teams and deliver consultancy projects in Digital Building technologies. Responsibilities include:
FPC Responsibilities:
Experience and Qualifications:
Desirable experience includes Cloud Platforms, AutoCAD/BIM/Visio, RIBA/AIA Stages of Work, and Systems Testing & Commissioning.
Working Location: US based remote role, requiring flexibility in line with client activities.
- Program and Project Management: Delivery of consultancy and engineering services.
- Client Management: Understand customer requirements, build stakeholder relationships.
- Services and Solutions Delivery: Support Digital Building systems integration and solutions.
- Design and review Digital Building systems architectures.
- Produce service delivery and project reports.
- Business Development: Support new opportunities.
- Maintain industry expertise and identify opportunities for improvement.
FPC Responsibilities:
- Represent FPC professionally.
- Be an effective team member.
- Report to line manager.
- Manage own workload.
- Act in accordance with FPC policies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years Digital Building and IoT industry experience.
- Proven track record in Digital Building roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong technical expertise in Digital Building technologies.
- Experience as part of a Design Team.
- Competent using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
Desirable experience includes Cloud Platforms, AutoCAD/BIM/Visio, RIBA/AIA Stages of Work, and Systems Testing & Commissioning.
Working Location: US based remote role, requiring flexibility in line with client activities.
