Full-Time Digital Fundraising Associate

• Own coding and sending fundraising and stewardship emails and SMS messages
• QA digital content
• Help create and manage donation forms
• Contribute to message calendars and content brainstorms
• Assist in writing email and SMS copy
• Help implement and monitor email welcome series
• Partner with the Direct Mail team on integrated campaigns
• Implement and monitor ongoing A/B tests
• Analyze email and mobile message performance
• Assist in monitoring email list health
• Track work in Monday.com project management workflows
• Support monitoring of email inboxes

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency with CRMs such as EveryAction, Action Network, ActionKit.
• Email production experience, HTML experience required, or CSS experience preferred.
• Fluency in fundraising metrics and evaluation.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to set and manage priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
