Full-Time Digital Product Manager – Intelligent Learning Experiences

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Own the product vision and roadmap for digital and hybrid learning experiences.
• Translate business capability needs into digital products.
• Lead product discovery with users and tech teams.
• Design and deliver AI-powered features.
• Partner with data teams to measure impact and ROI.
• Work with engineers to embed learning into core digital platforms.
• Manage the product backlog and run agile sprints.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• 5+ years’ experience in product management or digital product design.
• Deep understanding of user experience and data-driven iteration.
• Comfort working with AI technologies and APIs.
• Systems thinker, translating complexity into simple digital flows.
• Data-literate, using analytics to inform decisions.
• Curious about human learning, entrepreneurial to iterate fast.

Nice to have:

• Background in edtech, behavior change, or human-centered AI.
• Familiarity with LLMs, adaptive learning, or simulation-based experiences.
• Experience with design systems or personalization engines.
• Technical literacy in APIs or prototyping platforms.
