Digital Product Manager - Learning & Communication role will drive reach, adoption, engagement, and impact of corporate learning products.
Responsibilities:
- Design & implement communication strategy (newsletters, internal platforms, social tools) to maximize learning product reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Own and manage communication strategy and channels to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage the "We Learn" communication, ensuring engaging, user-relevant content.
- Treat learning portfolio as a digital product, using A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to enhance user experience.
- Define and track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, active users, conversion rates), analyze engagement data, and run experiments to improve communications and learning product effectiveness.
- Work with IT and learning tech vendors to optimize communication tools, automate campaigns, and improve platform integration.
- Partner with HR, IT, and internal communications teams to align learning experiences with business needs.
- Conduct research (surveys, interviews, heatmaps) to understand friction points and improve platform usability.
Profile:
- Completed university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communication, Psychology).
- Minimum 4 years experience in learning & development, corporate communication, digital marketing, or product management.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Data & Analytics mindset (comfortable with metrics, dashboards, A/B testing).
- Tech-savvy problem solver (familiar with digital tools, automation, integrations).
- Experience in customer engagement, design thinking, or digital marketing.
- Strategic & cross-functional leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility for business travels.

Salary: Negotiable, base salary not less than 2600€/brutto depending on seniority and experience.
