CyberArk is seeking a Director, AI Technology to lead a new cross-functional team. The team will develop and implement a strategic roadmap for evolving the technology stack supporting AI deployment and scaling across the company. This includes leading the design, development, and evolution of core AI infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to create AI solutions supporting key business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of CyberArk's business context, goals, and strategy.
- Baseline the current technology stack supporting AI, automation, and data capabilities.
- Translate transformation initiatives into technical roadmaps.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape scope and priorities.
- Lead technical solution design, development, deployment, integration, and scaling of AI capabilities.
- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, UI/UX, Developers, Architects).
- Design and build infrastructure for widespread AI and automation adoption.
- Define and implement AI platform components (MLOps, data pipelines, prompt engines, LLM gateways, etc.).
- Ensure platform scalability for AI capabilities across the organization.
- Establish engineering best practices (GPT chaining, prompt management, monitoring, versioning).
- Implement CyberArk's responsible AI policies (model governance, transparency, fairness).
- Partner with technical leaders to ensure consistency in roles, tools, and processes.
- Prioritize pragmatic implementation aligned with business priorities.
- Establish governance, metrics, and tracking for the initiative.
- Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 3-5 years in technical leadership/architecture.
- Deep expertise in AI, automation, data, and their business application.
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms.
- Strong understanding of GenAI design patterns and systems (RAG, vector databases, prompt orchestration, agentic frameworks).
- Experience leading technology stack evolutions supporting AI and automation.
- Experience in leading technical solution design and translating business requirements into specifications.
- Experience leading agile cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: $180,000 - $230,000/year, plus commissions/bonuses.
