Full-Time Director Brand & Product Management

• Develop and execute More Nutrition’s brand and product marketing strategy.
• Define and drive emotionally compelling brand positioning and storytelling.
• Create and implement go-to-market campaigns for product launches.
• Manage the brand activation calendar across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Lead creative direction in partnership with design, content, and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels, geographies, and external partners.
• Shape brand architecture, visual identity, and packaging strategy.
• Guide and align external agencies, influencers, and local market teams.
• Inspire, lead, and grow a passionate team.

• 10+ years of experience in brand and product marketing within FMCG or DTC environments.
• Proven track record in building love brands and leading successful go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly across product development, creative, and digital functions.
• Translate consumer insights and brand KPIs into effective strategic and creative actions.
• Excel in project and stakeholder management.
• Combine strategic thinking with creative excellence and operational discipline.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and the More Nutrition mission and community.
• Open to regular travel and hybrid work (2–3 days/week at the Hamburg HQ approx. 3x/month).
• Fluent in English and German.
