We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Technology, GTM AI & Strategy to lead the alignment of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy with cutting-edge digital experience and AI capabilities.
In this role, you will translate strategic business goals from Marketing, Sales, Industry Solutions, and Global Partner and Channel teams into transformative technology investments, AI use cases, and experience-led innovations.

- Translate Corporate and GTM strategies into a clear Digital Technology vision and roadmap.
- Define and lead value realization and ROI frameworks to measure digital investments.
- Collaborate with Experience Design to integrate persona-driven journey maps into execution plans.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive prioritization, delivery, and measurement of critical digital capabilities.
- Champion the strategic use of AI across GTM teams—defining use cases, evaluating tradeoffs between proprietary and third-party AI, and telling a compelling innovation story.
- Serve as a thought leader for innovation, partnering with internal R&D and new technology teams.
- Support M&A and acquisition integration to ensure GTM alignment and tech enablement.
- Build and grow a high-performing, diverse team to support strategy development and execution.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 10+ years in GTM strategy, digital transformation, or AI-driven business roles within enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies and their applications with users in the marketing, sales, industry solutions and partner organizations.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional business acumen, with a strong ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset and fluency with AI-powered decision-making tools.
- Strong communicator and inclusive leader who fosters collaboration and innovation.
