Full-Time Director, Finance Ops (Premium Operations)

• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all Premium Operations accounting and finance functions.
• Managing the accumulation of all financial data and reporting for budget, forecasting, actuals, and analyses.
• Providing the organization with information vital to the decision-making process.

• Partners with the Vice President, Finance Operations to develop and drive short-, mid- and long-term strategies, plans, and budgets; and serves as strategic finance counsel.
• Leads several teams with direct responsibility of all financial aspects of the operations including but not limited to monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, capital spending, etc.
• Drives improvement in the quality of internal and external financial data to enable business decision making and performance.
• Hires, trains, and retains skilled staff through career development and mentoring.

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or management in a multi-site, manufacturing environment. Strong manufacturing standard costing background.
• Understanding of and experience with the interpretation and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), cost accounting, and Sarbanes Oxley Act.
