Position Overview
We're hiring a Director, Finance Strategy & Operations to serve as a strategic operating partner to our CFO and Finance leadership team. This is a strategic, execution-heavy role responsible for ensuring our Finance function has the operating rhythm, systems, and efficiency to scale.

What You'll Do
- Finance Program Project Management Office (PMO)- Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for the CFO to drive accountability.
- Planning, Goal Tracking & Operating Rhythm- Build frameworks for goal setting, tracking, and accountability across Finance and Accounting teams.
- Finance Operations & Special Projects- Lead initiatives to reduce the number of days to close the books.
- Systems, Process, & AI Enablement- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Executive Partnership- Serve as a thought partner to the CFO.
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Track record of improving Finance operational excellence.
- Exceptional program and project management skills.
- Experience with public company readiness.
- Strong communication skills.
